Geomorphologic, stratigraphic.
There is cascade of benches along 100 m distance which is finished with waterfall. Waterfalls are confined to the platy silicified Eocene aleurolites (Vygodska Suite, 45 Ma) which are typical just for the Pokuttya structures in south-eastern part of Boryslavsko-Pokutskiy Thrust.
The object is a nice local landscape decoration; close there is tourist camp with the same name.
Ecological conditions are suitable.
Close to object there is motor way to Kosmach village.
Legally the object as geological landmark is defined.
It is suggested to give the status of regional-rank landmark.
