Geomorphologic.

In the upper reaches of Mala Ugolka River (left branch of Tereblya River) in the impressive gully on its left bank there are known some caves of similar origin. Among them most studied, interest and popular is “Druzhba” Cave. It was formed in Jurassic grey pelitemorphic limestones due to karst processes. Cave depth is about 50 m, it has irregular morphology, contains stalactites, and small stream in the bottom. The entrance to the cave comprises irregular sub-vertical hole about 1 m wide. Area around cave is bounded by the fence.

“Druzhba” Cave is being permanently visited by speleologists and together with surrounding impressive cliffs it attracts attention of numerous tourists and nature-fanciers. Ecological conditions are suitable.

Accessible by motor-car up along Mala Ugolka River to the Administration of Trans-Carpathian Biosphere Reserve then 800 m by walk along mountain path. Same as 1.2 km to north-west by azimuth 285° from the top of Pogar Mountain (950,9 m).

Object is under protection of Carpathian Biosphere Reserve.
